Mr. Aman Panwar is a distinguished professional and a qualified Company Secretary, duly recognized as a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aman Panwar & Associates, a reputed financial advisory and compliance consultancy firm delivering strategic solutions across the domains of corporate law, finance, and regulatory affairs. FPO expert in Indore offering trusted support for FPO registration, ROC compliance and agri business advisory.

Mr. Panwar is a CSR-Certified Auditor and brings in-depth expertise in corporate social responsibility audits and statutory compliance. He is currently serving as the Compliance Officer and Financial Advisor at ABV & Company, a multi-city Chartered Accountancy firm with branches in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Surat and Indore. His role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and strategic advisory for diversified corporate clientele.

He also holds the designation of Associate Partner at Rakesh Saha & Company and M Patidar & Company, both Indore-based firms specializing in audit, taxation, and legal advisory.

In the agribusiness and rural finance ecosystem, Mr. Panwar plays pivotal roles. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jeevdani Farmers Producer Company Limited and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sawariya Agritech Private Limited, Khachrod. In these capacities, he leads financial planning, capital structuring, and regulatory governance of agritech ventures.

Recognized for his contribution to the agri-processing sector, Mr. Panwar has been appointed as the District Resource Person for Ujjain by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. He facilitates capacity-building initiatives, policy implementation, and infrastructure development for micro-enterprises and farmer-producer organizations (FPOs).

Further extending his contribution to education and public participation, Mr. Panwar is an active Member of the Jan Bhagidari Samiti, Government Vikram Vidhyalaya, Khachrod, promoting participative governance in education management.

He has conducted several awareness programs and educational seminars on government policies and agricultural finance at reputed platforms such as the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) and block-level horticulture and agriculture centers. He has played an instrumental role in facilitating subsidized institutional finance to MSMEs by bridging the gap between enterprises and banking/financial institutions under government schemes.

Mr. Panwar collaborates with national-level institutions including SFAC (Small Farmers’ Agribusiness Consortium) and CBBO (Cluster-Based Business Organization) to implement centrally-sponsored schemes aimed at strengthening FPOs and rural entrepreneurship.

With extensive experience in FPO formation, statutory registration, and compliance management, Mr. Panwar has supported the establishment and operational streamlining of numerous Farmer Producer Organizations across India.
